Credit can only be used on roles filled from 1 July 2025 – 30 June 2026.

Any unused credit will be forfeited, unless agreed upon with Creative Natives in advance

If the role you wish to fill costs less than your credit, you’ll be able to use the leftover credit on another placement, as long as it is filled between 1 July 2025 – 30 June 2026. If the role you wish to fill costs more than your credit, you’ll be charged the difference by Creative Natives.

If a placement doesn’t work out within the guarantee period, the credit will not be refunded. The regular replacement process will commence.

If a placement doesn’t work out post the guarantee period, the credit will not be refunded.
