Say hi to Chloe, the friendly face behind the candidate experience at Creative Natives. She’s all about making our recruitment process feel personal, smooth and human. With a love for people, DIY crafts and cat cafés, she brings warmth and care to everything she does.
We sat down and had a chat with Chloe so you can get to know her a little better.
WHAT DO YOU DO AT CREATIVE NATIVES?
I’m the Candidate Experience Coordinator here at Creative Natives. I’m often the first point of contact for candidates, supporting them throughout their journey, from check-ins and follow-ups to helping source talent and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. I’m all about creating a positive, seamless experience for every person we interact with.
WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT RECRUITMENT?
I love the human side of recruitment, getting to connect with people, understand their goals, and help them find opportunities that feel right. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of someone’s career journey and know that your support made a difference. I also really enjoy the fact that no two days are ever the same.
WHY DID YOU WANT TO JOIN CREATIVE NATIVES?
The people-first, values-driven culture at Creative Natives really stood out to me. I was drawn to how community-focused and collaborative the team is, and how much emphasis is placed on integrity and growth. I could tell this was a place where I’d be supported but also challenged in the best way.
IF YOU WEREN’T IN YOUR CURRENT ROLE, WHAT WOULD YOU BE DOING INSTEAD?
Something in the psychology or neuroscience space. I’ve always been fascinated by how people think and interact. Otherwise, maybe something creative and people-focused like event planning or running a boutique cat café!
WHAT ARE YOU READING / WATCHING / LISTENING TO RIGHT NOW?
In the colder months, I’ve fallen into a bit of a nostalgic binge and started rewatching The Twilight Saga on Netflix (no shame!). I love a good comfort rewatch when the weather gets colder. Harry Potter is always a go-to this time of year.
CATS OR DOGS?
Both! I’m definitely an animal person and if I could, I’d probably have a full zoo at home. I’ll take any excuse to cuddle a fur baby.
BEST TRIP YOU’VE BEEN ON?
I went to Thailand earlier this year and it was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. It was the perfect mix of stunning beaches, vibrant culture, amazing food, and adventure.
WHAT’S YOUR HIDDEN TALENT?
Crafting! I love getting hands-on with creative projects. Whether it’s making something cute for a friend or just zoning out with a DIY kit, it’s my little outlet for fun and relaxation. I’ve also been told I’m weirdly good at remembering small details about people, perfect for recruitment 😂
