With a sharp eye for design, a love for people and a genuine approach to recruitment, Luke’s all about making connections that actually stick.

We caught up with Luke to learn a bit more about him.

WHAT DO YOU DO AT CREATIVE NATIVES?

I help connect brilliant creatives with agencies and brands that really align with their skills and personality. It’s all about finding that perfect match where both sides thrive.

WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT RECRUITMENT?

Honestly, it’s that moment when someone gets the call saying they’ve landed their dream job. Seeing that excitement never gets old.

WHY DID YOU WANT TO JOIN CREATIVE NATIVES?

They just do recruitment properly. It’s thoughtful, genuine and people first. Plus, I’ve always loved how the brand looks and feels, it really stands out.

IF YOU WEREN’T IN YOUR CURRENT ROLE, WHAT WOULD YOU BE DOING INSTEAD?

Probably something in post-production for film or video. I’ve always been drawn to that creative process behind the screen.

WHAT ARE YOU READING / WATCHING / LISTENING TO RIGHT NOW?

A bit of everything, scrolling Reddit, catching up on Survivor, and listening to Matt and Shane’s Secret Podcast.

CATS OR DOGS?

Dogs, for sure. Always up for a walk or a bit of chaos.

BEST TRIP YOU’VE BEEN ON?

Japan earlier this year. The food, the culture, the energy, it was unreal.

WHAT’S YOUR HIDDEN TALENT?

I can name almost any flag on the planet. It’s random, but it always comes in handy for pub trivia.
