We’re starting a new monthly series where we highlight small businesses we’re loving right now. And first up is All Things Equal in Balaclava.

They’re a café, but also a social enterprise. Their main focus is creating real jobs for people with disability, and building a workplace where everyone feels included. It’s the kind of business that’s doing good without making a big deal about it.
