Pregnancy and parental leave can be confusing and it’s easy to have a lot of questions about your rights at work. That’s why we’ve teamed up with JobWatch to share their Pregnancy and Beyond guide. It’s a handy resource that explains what you’re entitled to and where to get help if you need it.
JobWatch has released an expanded guide to help workers navigate increasingly complex and frequently misunderstood workplace protections.
Pregnancy and Beyond: A Guide to Your Rights and Entitlements addresses the increased demand for information about pregnancy-related workplace rights as workers navigate changes to the law to understand their rights and entitlements, and the processes involved in pursuing various different claims.
The Guide provides information about both unpaid and paid parental leave and the Government Paid Parental Leave scheme, as well as other entitlements, OH&S, discrimination claims, unfair dismissal, general protections disputes, disputes about flexible working arrangements and disputes about parental leave extensions.
